We finalized the menu together and she checked in with me to confirm details about a week prior to the event. She was very organized and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Chef Andrew and Bria were fantastic! We used A Cut Above for a private dinner in Canyon Lake, and we would highly recommend!! They were responsive to any allergy or dietary restrictions, proposed some delicious menu items based on our preferences, and were always following up throughout the process. The meal itself was outstanding, and Chef Andrew did such an amazing job preparing the food, packaging any leftovers, and cleaning the kitchen. It was truly a special experience.”
